When we need merge pdfs, we often upload pdfs to online services, and merge it at the remote server, then download the merged pdf back. However, we may leak our secret info when pdf is really privacy, and we don’t know how the remote server will do with the pdfs we uploaded.
Scan documents to pdf using Notes app
- Open Notes app on your iPhone
- Click the camera button at the bottom, choose

4. Right Click on the scaned images, choose the Export to pdf option
Merge multiple pdfs together
- Open pdf with preview app
2. Open Thumbnails of the preview app
3. Choose the suitable position on the leftThumbnails, such as page 3
4. Open the Edit menu, insert submenu and Page from File option. Select the pdf we want to merge.
5. The pdf get merged now. It will change the current pdf. You can merge multiple pdfs by the above steps.
